Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is a Canadian comedian and actress based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known among television viewers for her role in Superstore as Dina Fox. She is also an alumna of both Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is the other half of sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award recipient for Best Female Improviser two times in 2006 and 2007, and was also awarded for Outstanding Female Performance TV in 2012 and in 2015. In 2015 she was nominated for the category of Best Female Performances in a Feature Film for her part as Carol in Dirty Singles. She has also been a part of the prank program "Scare Tactics". Lauren runs her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside Christy Oxborrow.
